The wall slidings are from the Bespoke Build Set but they are sifted with the siftable everything (by lamare) mod. It can't be sifted without this. (also they don't dissappear with the walls)-> Bespoke Build Set by Honeywell
Indoor wall -> from 3t2 ambitions wall covering converted by CT04 Indoor flooring -> from life stories bundle + any invisible flooring for the roof (so it's seasons proof)
I also added these with the wheels so they seem more like there is some sort of mechanism with them. The shape is just random.

Article on the Honda Z Kei car. Mid engined AWD with viscous centre diff Kei class RV. Available in turbo and Na versions. Unfortunately only autos. No manual option. I was looking at importing one of these before I bought my RD1 CRV locally.

TURBO is back!!! Eccentric light Honda Z midship 4WD appear
100mm in overall length, 80mm in overall width. There is no doubt that these few figures not only improve safety but also bring new possibilities to minicars! (referring to changes to Kei car regs) There is something about the style of the Honda Z, a big name in minicars that has been revived after a long time, that really makes you feel that way.
The Z is different from RVs such as the Wagon R and Move, and from the orthodox style of the Alto and Mira.
The car's style evokes both the outdoors and the city, and the straight accent lines on the sides of the body give it a powerful feel that is not typical of a compact car.
With a total length of 3,395 mm and a total width of 1,475 mm, it is within the new minicar framework. The 1,675 mm tallboy is in the style of the Honda Z. The 175/80R15 tires are large for a kei size, and the way they stand out at the four corners gives the design a charming look.
As the manufacturer calls it a "small super mover," the key point is that even with this small body, it still provides ample room. The Honda Z uses an "underfloor midship" floor, which means the 660cc engine is mounted under the rear seat! This achieves an ideal 50:50 front-to-rear weight distribution ratio.
At the same time, it is also practical, being able to comfortably accommodate four adults.
Furthermore, this is driven by a viscous coupling type 4WD, giving the vehicle high off-road capability despite its small size.
The Honda Z is full of unique ideas that are so Honda-like.
But that's not the only surprise.
Turbo
This time, there are two types of engines available for the Honda Z. A NA unit with SOHC 12 valves that produces 52ps/6.1 kgm and a turbo unit that produces 64ps/9.5 kgm. Hmm? Turbo? Yes, this is the first turbo since the wing turbo used in the Legend.
It has been resurrected!
"The combination of a midship turbo and 4WD is the same as that of the Lamborghini Diablo! When you hear that, you might imagine an incredible ride, but the Honda Z's driving is practical. Of course, the turbo can be transformed into a light and fast car if you want to, but it's not a super sharp machine. Rather, it's a car that everyone can enjoy, offering a pleasant ride as it turns smoothly into corners.
It's a fun setting.
There is no doubt that this car will be the perfect city commuter car, as it runs smoothly around town. The interior is also much more high-quality than previous light cars. Compared to its big brother, the Capa, the quality of the equipment is more than satisfactory for this class.
The rear seats can be flipped up to create a flat floor. It has excellent carrying capacity for large luggage. Even though the engine is under the rear seats, the occupants are extremely comfortable. It can be used as a city commuter.
Whether you use it as a road bike or an off-road vehicle is up to your preference. By installing the wide range of optional parts available, you can create a more unique and fun Honda Z.
Body colors are silver, orange, black, green, blue, white.The only thing that's unfortunate is that the seat color is one color.

The Honda Z is really small!
When you see the Honda Z in person, it has an impressive body, but when you take it out on the city, its size really makes you feel the maneuverability that only a light car can offer.
I compared it with another Honda compact car, the Capa, and the difference in size was obvious. The difference in width was particularly large, with the Honda Z being noticeably smaller.
By comparison, the Honda Z size is 38mm shorter in overall length, 70mm shorter in overall width, and 25mm taller.
The minimum turning radius of the Capa is 4.8m, while that of the Honda Z is 4.6m, which is quite small. This is an excellent figure considering that both the Capa and the Honda Z have a wheelbase of 2360mm.

There are two types of engines: naturally aspirated and turbocharged. The engine is revealed when you flip up the rear seats and open the lid under the interior material. The dashboard is simple, but functional and easy to use. Navigation is an optional feature.
The rear seats are thin but can comfortably accommodate two adults. The seats can be flipped up forward to create a completely flat luggage space.

Ford TuringKa Concept (1998) - A Bigger Ka(r)

Ah yes, the funny shitbox that is the first-generation Ford Ka. Many British teens in the 2000's probably had it as their first car. Many Gran Turismo fans regard it as a meme icon purely for the looks. I'm neither a British teen in the 2000's nor a (hardcore) Gran Turismo fan, but I appreciate this car nonetheless.
Now the Ka wasn't large in any stretch - in fact, it was the smallest of Ford's lineup. But what if it was bigger? What would a grown-up Ka look like? This was Ghia's answer: the TuringKa.

Immediately, one would notice the addition of 2 doors at the back. Turned out the Italians had elongated the Ka into the size of a more conventionally-sized hatchback (some may classify it as a wagon too), which doesn't look too shabby. On top of that, they also designed it to have titanium grey bumpers contrasting the bright yellow body and wider wheel arches to accommodate the 17-inch cast alloy wheels. The other body panels remained the same as the ones found in the production model.
The interior was covered with leather from the seats to even the luggage compartment and completed with yellow accents. This style was similar to the interior of the 1992 Ford Focus concept by the same design house.
The production-model Ka's puny 60hp engine was replaced by a 1.7L Zetec inline-4 engine sourced from the Ford Puma, which provided double the horsepower to mitigate the weight gains from having 2 extra doors. Disc brakes on all 4 wheels completed the car's performance-oriented look.
While the TuringKa only remained a concept, it seems to be in good hands. As of 2019, it is currently kept in a private collection in Florida, making appearances in special events on occasion.

✏ - like nerf guns, i have accumulated quite the stockpile of hot wheels over time. unlike nerf guns, collecting hot wheels is very much an ongoing hobby on my part.

Volvo 850 R (station wagon, manual transmission, ideally dark green, ideally black interior) - the car I usually mention when asked this. an "ultimate dream car" if you will.
2005/06 Ford GT (white with dark blue stripes, BBS wheels, painted brake calipers, no optional stereo) - the "dream supercar"
Volkswagen Golf Alltrack by Innovative Motorsports / Kia Stinger GT / Volvo V60 Polestar - the "dream daily driver." To elaborate on the first mentioned, there is a speed shop in the USA that specializes in yanking the engine and drivetrain from a 2017+ Audi RS3 and slamming them into a Mk7 VW Golf. And, reportedly, they do the unassuming Alltrack wagons too - which is insanely cool if you ask me. The other two are, let's say, more realistic alternatives.
Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato - it's just cool, man (gender neutral). Offroad Lambo. Factory offroad Lambo supercar. Sure, the Porsche 911 Dakar might be a better car but this one is cooler.
Koenigsegg Gemera - the "poster car." Actually owning it is reserved for the wildest of dreams, but it is what I'd call the greatest car ever. And that was even before Koenigsegg engineers looked at the Gemera, looked at the 5-liter engine of their other hypercar, and went "we could fit that."

Four Glasgow firefighters were killed on January 7th 1898 when a explosion ripped apart W & R Hatrick & Co, wholesale and export druggists in Renfield Buildings dueing a fire.
The fire had begun at 2.50 am, Captain William Paterson was on the scene quickly with the Northern and Central Divisions of the city��s fire service, and the blaze was brought under control. At about 4.20 am however, as the last firemen were dampening the wreckage, there was a large explosion which was believed to have resulted from the ignition of chemicals stored on the site.
The story in The Glasgow Herald reads…….
About three o’clock this morning fire was discovered to have broken out in the explosive premises in Renfield Street occupied by Messrs W. & R. Hatrick & Co., wholesale and export chemists and druggists. The firm occupy the greater part of the block, which consists of shops, two flats above, and other apartments in the roof.
The premises extend from 152 to 170 Renfield Street, and it was at once seen that the fire would be a difficult one to cope with. Not only were the contents of the building of a dangerous nature, but the northern portion of the property in which the fire originated adjoined a block of dwelling houses.
The fire had apparently commenced in the basement, but by means of the well for the hoist, it travelled right up the building to the roof. Here it had a good hold when the Northern fire brigade and Captain Paterson, with the engines from the Central Station, had arrived on the scene. The flames were bursting from a small tower, and the smoke issued from the majority of the windows of the whole building. Hose were brought to play on the burning woodwork from Cowcaddens Street through an entrance to a tenement, as well as from various points in Renfield Street.
About half past four o’clock quite unexpectedly there was a loud noise, as if an explosion had occurred in the interior of the building. The whole roof collapsed, and the entire building became one mass of flames. At the time a considerable number of firemen were on top of the building endeavouring to get at the burning wood in the ceiling, and with the exception of those standing in the windows, the rest fell down among the burning debris. An indescribable scene of excitement ensued.
The firemen rushed about in the hopes of ascertaining the position of their comrades, and the crowd seconded their efforts, pointing out where the men had last been. At last after what seemed a long interval shouts were heard from the ruins, and a few seconds later one of the firemen came out. He was covered with dust, and naturally greatly excited. He explained that there were others at the back of the premises, and that he was carried down himself and could do nothing to save them.
When the excitement had died away somewhat, it was reported that four men were missing, and this unfortunately proved to be true. Captain Paterson still hoped that some of them might be rescued alive, but at twenty minutes past five o’clock the whole building was in flames, the chemicals burning in some portions of the building with a bright white light.
The names of the men who were killed are:- James Hastie, foreman, Central Fire Brigade Station. John Battersby, first class fireman, Central Station. David Smith, second class fireman, Northern Division. Charles Orr, Central Division. All the men were married and leave families. The injured men are:- James Watson, Northern Division, Laurence Hamilton, Central Division. These men were taken on ambulance wagons to their houses at College Street, where their injuries were attended to.
The body of the deceased man Orr was recovered early in the morning, and was conveyed to the Buchanan Street Station Hotel. The circumstances under which the men lost their lives are almost unparalleled. The fire was almost extinguished, and the men were under the impression that it was absolutely safe to enter the building. Some of them, indeed, had gone into the cellar, among these being members of the Salvage Corps. Fortunately the men of the Salvage Corps escaped quite unhurt, as did all those in the basement. There has been no fire in Glasgow in which lives have been lost for nearly a quarter of a century. It remains to be added that Superintendent Sutherland and all the lieutenants and a large body of men belonging to the Northern district were early on the scene, and that traffic was at once stopped in all the adjacent streets. The inhabitants of the dwelling houses in Cowcaddens Street and in Renfield Street were all warned, and many of them left their houses, taking some of their belongings with them.

Road Rage of The Deep
Below is an excerpt from my just-republished 2019 Volkswagen Atlas Review detailing my singular encounter with capital-r Road Rage in the entirety of my ~year driving for Uber/Lyft.
My only authentic Road Rage experience in some 5000 miles of rideshare driving occurred on All Hallow’s Eve when I stopped - no more illegally than usual - on the opposite corner from a popular downtown Mexican restaurant called The Nap with hazards and all courtesy interior lights shining. The car immediately behind me hesitated no more than necessary, but the Biggest Big Infiniti behind them (a QX80 - the Atlas' competitor) just… stopped. There was honking and frenzied, hoarse screaming of what the fuck are you doing? and such.
I responded with pleasantly amused but relatively-encouraging glances at the impersonal black mass of the Infiniti’s windshield through my mirrors. I rolled down the Atlas' driver’s side window and politely gestured that they go around me, but failed to coax any movement whatsoever from the ugly behemoth through at least two full cycles of the nearby traffic light. There must be some aquatic authority in the bulbous black ass of the QX80, for no one behind it seemed willing to pass either. The driver waited significantly longer than you’d imagine before emerging, huffy. She was wearing a classic poofy black North Face vest some sort of slate gray turtleneck. Nothing below these were stimulating enough to retain any memory of. Uggs?
How positive are you that the truth has absolutely zero consequence: contrasted silver-beige eyeliner and little eye contact, dirty-ish straight blonde hair over a spray-tanned face, exhibiting zero anxious tics or hesitation. She was obviously the New Matriarch, and she was obviously much more of an authority on traffic law than I. As she approached, she scanned the street as one naturally does when they enter a busy one… except it was completely empty, thanks to her blockade. She first informed me that I was “not supposed” to be stopped there. I tried to listen and respond with as much sincerity as possible as I realized all at once that my behavior had genuinely perturbed this woman - that her choice to leave the huge hideous warmth of the guppy wagon to speak as humans to one another required great courage.
I inserted the next logical question which I’d been screaming telepathically: can you not get around me? I began to pity her when I then saw in her face the distinct possibility that going around as a concept had not occurred to her whatsoever. She stuttered a wee bit in retorting “I could go around, but I don’t want to get a ticket.” Here, one of the most fascinating avenues of suburban psychology is explored: Guppy Mom is not being ingenuine with this expression, nor has she had an untoward experience with law enforcement, ever. Guppy Mom did know her excuse was bullshit - nobody has ever been written a traffic citation for carefully circumventing an obstacle in the road. Given the opportunity to interrogate this kernel of entirely uncompromising obedience to utterly delusional traffic law superstitions, I think we’d simply discover a life of unnaturally positive interactions with LEOs. We must conclude, then, that the source of her fear was either myself or the Atlas.
Granted, to her I am still a Young Man, and am therefore instinctively programmed to believe myself more informed than literally everyone - even the very foundational architects of modern civilization. Her Stucco Highness may have felt a representative of these builders (edgy take: she is in fact their servant.) Her own folks surely complain regularly about their distaste for disrespect, and my gig-economy, Austin Powers-looking ass was somehow disrespecting the order laid down by her would be (entirely fantastical) forefathers. Though her expression of her quaint fear of such “ugliness” (if you will) is hard-headed, an ugliest decision of hers (or her kin) idled behind me, its giant seafood-looking mouth gaping, unhinged.

Paladins: Order Undivided Chapter 9: Devil May Care
I Am The Bard, who has seen that the most dangerous sort of man is the one who believes he is righteous. But it is good to be dangerous, so long as one is controlled.
As Jort set about his infilitration, the Paladins were not idle in the least. Julian composed a report to the leader of the colonists, placed it on his mount, and ordered it east to the watchtower. The black charger thundered into the woods and out of sight, while Julian remained in the forward base to watch the abbey. Kazador and Senket retreated to their newly consecrated chapel. Senket watched the road while Kazador set to work re-burying the dead and fixing the door. He did keep all the weapons though, stockpiling them in the chapel for later use.
Peregrin and Yndri were likewise busy, as they began scouting the area around the abbey and chapel. Yndri scoured the woods for any places where the horde might be gathering food, and successfully identified a hunting camp, though she does not engage. She also searched for something somewhat more sinister and found it, nightshade and poisonous mushrooms, which she stored away for later. Near where she found the mushrooms, she spied large silver webs in the trees and quickly evacuated. That would be the polite way of putting it. The less polite, but more accurate way would be that she ran like a bat out of hell the moment she saw a trace of giant spiders.
Peregrin on the other hand was looking for signs of civilization, halfling civilization. He was rewarded when he discovered a small hidden path, something nobody but a halfling would know to look for. Sneaking along it, he eventually spied a village, hidden in a forest clearing. He smiled to himself and returned to report back in camp, not looking far enough to see the far larger path, cutting through the forest into the village, a path cut with wagon wheels and hobgoblin boots.
That night, the party re-assembled, bar Kazador, who remained in the chapel to begin repairing and improving the weapons there. If they meant to rally an army, they're going to need armarments. Senket snuck close to the abbey, hoping to find the ghost again. While she didn't find it, she did find Jort, who dropped a small bag off the wall near where she hid. She retrieved it and hurried back to the party.
Inside the bag, they found a map of the interior of the abbey, which Julian began examining closely, looking for any potential weak points. He was disappointed to find that it only had three entrances, the main door which led into a grand hall, a small door near the kitchens, and a side door near the orchards which led to the staircase to food storage. Further examinations revealed that while the upstairs could be accessed from several different staircases, the abbey's underground, which included a secondary hall most likely used for meetings, and the majority of food stores, could only be accessed from a single staircase near the main hall.
The party also found a written message from Jort: "Cleric to move on chapel soon, possibly tomorrow morning, Pilus to take sizeable force to gather tribute soon, expecting ambush from gnolls. Best forces are being prepared to counteract an ambush. Enemy believes the gnolls are still active, and that an elven raiding party is afoot. Goblins to be used as shields, will attempt to further divide them from the rest of the horde."
"Tribute?" Julian said. "Must be a nearby village they're extorting. Could be a useful batch of allies."
"I did find one of my kin's villages relatively close by in the northwest, but I think it's still hidden, could be what they're talking about though." Peregrin mentioned, his face darkening at the thought.
"If so, Kaz is busy fixing up the weapons from the chapel. We could supply them with those." Senket pointed out. "Of course, the fact that they know about the chapel could be a problem. We'll have to prepare a welcome for this cleric."
"We may have another potential target. I discovered a hunting camp to the east. We should be careful though, that area is rather close to what might be a giant spider den." Yndri mentioned, visibly shuddering. “I suggest that Kaz burn that section of the forest to the ground.”
"Too many objectives, not enough time. I say we shadow the tribute mission and see if we can't rally any allies. If we can, we double back to the chapel to rearm them and catch this cleric, then move to try and ambush the tribute.” Julian advised.
"Small problem with that. If we engage the tribute mission, either we'll have to delay our weapons or go without Kazador, he was only about halfway through getting those old swords and maces into useful condition." Senket cautioned. "It also might alert them to our presence. If the tribute didn't show up, they'll launch a retaliation, and unless we can wipe out the entire force or somehow evacuate our new allies, even assuming they'll work with us, they'll know we're out here. Beyond that, the best forces are going to be ready for a counter-strike. If word gets out of the attack, we’ll have to retreat swiftly or risk being crushed between a hammer and anvil.”
"Possible, but that's still a force that we can eliminate outside the walls and potentially a whole bunch of new help. I say it's worth the risk." Julian said, rolling up the map. “Particularly with halflings, we could launch a hit and run strike, harassing the enemy and aiming to target any commanders to reduce their capacity for command and control.”
"I agree. Even if they know we're here, they can't do anything about it without sending out more forces, where we can catch them. Either that or they hide in the walls and give us all the time we need to train our new allies and possibly even call for reinforcements from the colonists." Peregrin supported.
"Right then. It's decided." Yndri concluded. "Regarding possible future strategies, I think I have an idea. Julian, you mentioned how hierarchical hobgoblin command structure is. Would that include meals as well?"
"I don't know for sure but possibly. Most army commanders eat better than the footsloggers even in normal armies." Julian confirmed. "Why do you ask?"

Julian whistled appreciatively. "Remind me to never piss you off, or let you cook."
"Hey! I'm the only cook here!" Peregrin protested good-naturedly. Senket was somewhat less amused.
"Poison's a coward's weapon. I don't like it." She said with distaste.
"Given the circumstances, we can't afford to put any options off the table, no pun intended." Julian countered. "We're trying to destroy an army of highly trained, highly disciplined soldiers in a strong defensive position. If poison's what it takes to win, then we'll use poison."
"Hmph. For an angel, you're rather ruthless, must be nice being able to use tricks like that and still have people look at you like you're a hero." She responded, her tone biting.
"I don't care what they think I look like. If the history of the world I make decided they want me to be a villain I don't care. The fact that they get to write it at all is validation enough." He answered coldly.
Honest devil and clever angel stared at one another for a tense moment, before Senket shook her head. "Hells take you then. I'm off to warn Kaz. I'll meet you on the morrow." She said before mounting up on her iguanodon and riding off.
"Why's she mad at me? You're the one who grabbed the damn poison." Julian grumbled as she watched her go. "And she didn't say anything yesterday either. I don't understand that woman."
"Jealousy is a green-eyed monster, or so the saying goes." Peregrin said sadly. "Though I must admit I find the poison plan distasteful, although I suppose dead is dead one way or another, and not killing them is unfortunately not an option. Still Yndri, what is it with you and poison?"
"It's how a serpent defeats a far larger and stronger opponent, how the angelfish and the ivy protect themselves, how the gods remind us that might alone is not always victorious. I have never understood the moral connection you mortals put on it. Nature has many weapons; I will use whichever one is needed. I don't understand why she reacted this way, especially blaming Julian."

"Imagine for a moment that one of the dokkalfar decided to turn from her wicked heritage and goddess and pursue goodness. Don't look at me like that, it's happened, spend any amount of time about the great forest in the south, and you'll hear about one, last I heard he’d married a human lass. Every elf she runs across is going to look at her like she just crawled out of the nadir, so she's got to not only be good, she's got to be better than good. She has to become the most upstanding and virtuous person possible to prove to the world, and probably in no small part to herself, that she's not some wicked hellspawn. All the while the so-called goodly races can get by not working half as hard and being twice as nasty. A life like that changes the way you look at things, and too many get bitter." He said as he drew on his pipe.
“I see. You are right.” Julian admitted. “It is terribly unfair, the judgement that one receives because of their birth, because of their station. Men are not judged according to their wills and ambitions, but according to their circumstances, be they station, flesh or parentage. The world has so many boxes, it wants to put everyone within. If you dare to deviate, woe to you. But of course, it is only those who step outside of their boxes who can dare to change the world for the better.”
“Be that as it may, we are each made with our own skills and talents. This is the understanding of caste.” Yndri pointed out. “Of course, there are variations. I may be Ljosalfar, but my magic is distinct from the normal sorts of my caste, and my talents might be more expected among the Skoguralfar, but the rights afforded to me, and the duties alike, remain. It is simply chance that I was born to whom I was, but for that blessing and all rights afforded to it, equal responsibility must be maintained. To deviate from that, from my duties as a shepherd and an avenger, would be to betray all that I have been given.”

These refer to different castes of elvish society, the Ljosalfar, also sometimes called the high elves, are somewhat akin to a warrior noble caste, and are often powerful magi and skilled craftsmen. Most commonly upon the mortal plane they are governors of elvish colonies. They are surpassed in rank by the Helialgalfar, called by mortals, Sihde, which are rarely seen in the mortal realm, dwelling within Faerie as its princes and masters. They in turn rule over the Skoguralfar, oft called the wood elves and sea elves, which labor in working the land and defending its seas and forests. Then there are the Dokkalfar, the dark caste. Long ago they were weavers and craftsmen, but, unwilling to be the lowest caste, broke with the rest of elvish society, and resided deep beneath the earth, becoming pale as ghosts, afflicted by the sun, and with bloody red eyes that pierce the dark better than any others. Such is the common Dokkalafar, but the term technically applies to any who break from elvish society to escape their caste. Great anger spread between the Dokkalfar and the rest of the Aflar, and their war has lasted longer than empires, with great evils being done by all against all.

Yndri shook her head in amazement. “You are a human with wings, always chasing after ambitions beyond anyone’s capability.”
“My mother was human, and she inspired the best parts of me. All my father gave me was the power I need to do what I must.”
Yndri shook her head. “You should need to live a thousand elven lifetimes, or make a thing equally immortal, to accomplish all that. And even if you should, it would not be the end of evil. The dark caste will forever be wicked, and the only good drokkalfar will be a dead one, until they all rot in their self-imposed burial.” She finished the last lines with a voice that spit venom as potent as any spider’s.
Meanwhile, Senket rode back, rather frustrated, to the Chapel, where Kazador was still working, having used the discarded remnants of headstones to construct a small sort of forge, not hot enough for proper work, but hot enough to bring the old weapons up to form.
"I take it the meeting dinnae go well, based on the fact that ye nearly undid all my hard work on the door coming in." Kazador rumbled as she entered, carefully checking that she hadn’t blown the door off its hinges in her ill temper.
"Well enough. We have a plan, we have good information, we have enough target to keep us busy for the next several days, and possibly even more allies."
"Seems I’d better see to it that these old things get ready to be used in a proper fight then." He said as he examined a scimitar. "I'll stay up on this then, see if I cannae get them ready in time. We crakin any hob skulls on the morrow?"
"Aye, Jort's found a tribute mission, we'll follow it and see if we can't get whoever they're extorting to help us. Also, we’re expecting a visit from another priest for you to turn into a bar of iron."
"Hah. I should hope nae to, you’ve done such nice work on this altar, would be a shame to break it.” Kazador remarked with an amused grin. “Right then, well I’m gonna need tae ask ye fer some of that coffee then tae make sure ah dinnae slow us down with yawnin. Might need some help carryin the weapons as well, or at least as many as ah can fix up 'afore we head out."
"Kaz, if you need to remain and fix the weapons, we can handle a few hobgoblins."
"Nae lass, I've naer let any work go undone when it's needed an' I've naer left me comrades to fight without me. I'll be with ye, and these'll be done." He said determinedly as he redoubled his efforts, vigorously cleansing the rust from a saber while another went into the faux-forge.
Senket smiled, in spite of her somewhat foul mood at her friend's diligence. "Well then, where do I help?" She offered.
"Ah nae ye don't lassie. There's a twist in yer beard an' until that's comin out yer nae coming near me forge. Angry work is sloppy. So, what's the issue?" He said firmly, but not unkindly.
Senket's smile fails. "Gah, poison." she cursed. "What's the damned point of killing goblins with a goblin tactic? Are we really so scared that we'll drop to that level?"
"Hm. Elves are tricksy like that, Yndri specially so." He said as he worked. "Ye thinks its nae honorable, an' it’s not. I'd rather just bloody chop em already, but it's still clever, an' we've got tae be clever 'ere."
"Clever's one thing, cowardly is another. Is this really how we win? With treachery and poisons? We're supposed to be better than this, we've a duty to be better than this!" She said, and Kazador turned.
"Is it that we've got a duty, or that ye feel bound?" He asked. "Aye, ye've a duty, a duty to protect the weak, to defeat evil, to aid yer comrades, and to nae be ruled by fear. Are ye actin by duty, or are ye actin by fear?"
The dragonoid turned from his forge and placed a hand on Senket's shoulder. "Ye say we need tae be better. I ken what ye mean. I had tae be "better", drink more ale, praise the ancestors mair fervently, mine harder, hate the goblins mair fiercely, fight 'arder an' mourn the fallen longer. Fer tae many years, aye, I kenned I needed tae be better." He said, reptilian blue eyes looking hard into golden ones. "I ken how ah could naer, ever, dare tae look even a wee bit greedy. I ken what it's like tae live actin by the fear that ye're nae different tae yer bloodline. 'til my father told me "Kaz, if ye were nae different tae a drake ye'd nae care, dragons dinnae care."
He raised his other claw and tapped a talon over Senket's heart. "Ye've a good heart Sen, use yer head and remember that devils dinae hardly have 'ave hearts at all, devils dinnae care." He left his hand on her shoulder for a long moment, two misfits together, and then turned. "Come on then lassie, ah can use yer aid with the maces!"
